Today everyone wants a fit body no one like the fatty and slender body. Everyone desires to get fit and slim body, No matter about the gender, both men and women want this. And there should be key step of our daily to get fit.

Reasons for fatty/slender body

There are various reasons for our body to gain excess weight i.e. not taking proper diet. This reason is also related to our slender body. Our mind sets are designed as that more we eat more gain but this is wrong. The proper diet and proper exercises makes you fit. The easier the food digest, it will make you fit.

The basic reasons for bulky/slender body :-
  • Lack of diet.
  • Lack of sleep.
  • Not doing exercise.
  • Eating more fast food.

How to get fit body ?

The basic thing to get fit body is to get motivated always. If you think that taking proper diet and doing proper exercises you can become fit in just few hours or few days that I want to tell you that you are wrong. To get a fit body you must work hard. 

Some steps to get fit body :-

  • Proper sleep :- A individual either make or female must sleep for about 8 hours per day. This period is described as rest or cell formation. In this time, all the cell which has been broken in a whole day needs to be regain.
  • Proper diet :- To recover your cell you must take a proper diet with salads as must intake.

  • Exercise :- Exercise is major part of getting a fit body. You can either join gym. But if your budget not allowed you to join gyms you can do basic exercises at home also to get a fitness body.
